Husband of Amelia, Marty is a licensed Realtor & Broker. Marty is originally from Iowa and graduated with a BA from the University of Iowa in 1985.  He earned a MBA in 1989.  Marty’s specialty in the office is to assist our buyers and sellers with repair request negotiations.  Marty has amassed an extensive list of contractors, handymen and specialists in such areas as stucco, concrete, HVAC, etc.

Marty and Amelia have been married since 1991 and have two children, Elizabeth  & Sam.

Deb Gardner has been a licensed Realtor since 1997 and loves the real estate business! She is originally from the Dodge City/Garden City area but now calls Wichita home.  Her specialty is working as a Designated Buyer’s Agent and helping Buyers find the perfect home in the Wichita area.  She is tuned to all the facets in the Wichita area real estate market and takes pride in providing excellent service to our clients. Deb has been on Amelia’s team since 2004.

She is married to her husband, Larry Gardner, and has 2 grown children and 3 adorable brilliant grandchildren.

Lindsey has been a licensed Realtor since 2007.  She started her real estate career working with new home developments in 2005 and was instrumental in coordinating the building process for clients. She assists in working with new listings, sellers, and marketing.  She is passionate about ensuring our clients have a positive experience!  Lindsey has been on Amelia’s team since 2010.

Lindsey has always called Wichita home and graduated from Trinity Academy & Wichita State University with a degree in history.  She is married to her husband, Jason Hess,  and both are WSU fans & attend the basketball games.

Nancy is a licensed Realtor and has worked in the real estate industry since 1990. She helps guide our sellers and buyers from contract signing until closing.  Nancy is a natural multitasker and always goes the extra mile to help our buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process.  Nancy has been on Amelia’s team since 2013.

A native Kansan, Nancy is married to her husband, Todd Johnson.  They both enjoy country living and outdoor activities.
