Husband of Amelia, Marty has been a licensed Realtor for 19 years. He and Amelia have been married for 20 years and have two children.

Marty's specialty in the office is to assist our buyers and sellers with repair request negotiations once the purchase contract has been negotiated. Marty has amassed an extensive list of contractors, handymen and specialists in such areas as stucco, concrete, HVAC, etc., and is always happy to help our clients long after their sale is completed.
